Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient treatment at Arizona Rehab Campus consists of a variety of services that allow you to function within your natural, daily environment. Being able to work, pursue your education and interact with supportive family and friends are important facets of a meaningful life, and you will be able to maintain your schedule and enjoy healthy activities while receiving outpatient treatment here.
Our Arizona Rehab Campus clinicians provide evidence-based outpatient treatment utilizing best-practices techniques in one-to-one individual counseling as well as family, couples and group therapy settings. In addition to these core therapies, the ARC provides nontraditional interventions such as: equine therapy, acupressure, meditation, art therapy, yoga, and qi gong.

Group Counseling
Group counseling includes face-to-face contact In which one or more counselors/program specialists provide discussion with two or more clients focusing on the needs of clients served. Group counseling may include spouses, parents, and other significant people when deemed beneficial to the client.

Dual-Diagnosis Program
Individuals with two or more mental-health diagnoses follow treatment plans developed by licensed, experience mental-health clinicians able to coordinate therapies designed specifically for them. Mental Health issues most often treated along with addiction include:

- Bipolar Disorder
- Depression
- Mood Disorder
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Physical Activities
ARC clients have the opportunity to participate in activities that reveal their strengths, engage their enthusiasm and build their confidence. Examples are equine therapy, yoga, qi gong, nature walks, etc.
Family Therapy
When beneficial to the recovering addict, family members are invited to participate with their loved one in positive sessions facilitated by ARC’s expert family therapists.
Relapse Program
